Why has my bonus balance been removed (or reduced)?

You can only have one active bonus at a time. If you choose to accept a bonus while you already have a bonus active, you will cancel the active bonus and lose any associated bonus money and/or winnings.

Your bonus may also have expired which would explain the drop in your account balance.
